Our experience in Sri Lanka was truly unforgettable, thanks to our amazing tour guide- Mr. Pradeep. From the moment the trip began, he made us feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. Mr. Pradeep was always punctual, patient, and incredibly flexible with our plans. Whether we wanted to stop for photos, try street food, visit a viewpoint, or shop for souvenirs, he adjusted everything with a smile. His driving was smooth and careful, which made long scenic journeys through the mountains and tea plantations very relaxing. If you’re planning a holiday in Sri Lanka, we can’t recommend him enough. Amazing guide because of which an amazing tour

We had an unforgettable time exploring Sri Lanka with Pradeep as our guide. From the moment we arrived in Colombo, he made us feel welcomed and ensured our journey was smooth and exciting. We started with a visit to the Lotus Tower, followed by a thrilling white-water rafting experience in Kitulgala. In Nuwara Eliya, we toured scenic tea plantations and learned about the tea-making process. One of the most memorable moments was the train ride to Ella, where we hiked Little Adam’s Peak, zip-lined, and relaxed under a hidden waterfall. Our final stop was the coastal town of Mirissa, where we visited Coconut Tree Hill, snorkeled in clear waters, and enjoyed the local nightlife. Exploring Sri Lanka With The Best Travel Guide - Pradeep!

We had the best time traveling through Sri Lanka with the best travel guide - Pradeep. Pradeep took us from city to city, we went from Colombo (where he took us sightseeing, memorable one is lotus tower where we went to the top and saw the beautiful city’s landscape) to Kitulgala where we did rafting (highly recommended if you are passing by). Then we went to Nuwara Eliya where we learned about how tea is made and picked it as well. Then we took the train to Ella which was easily one of the best experiences of the trip. After reaching Ella we participated in a lot of different activities accompanied by Pradeep which included, zip lining, sky walking, hiking to Little Adam’s Peak and ending the day with a bath under a secret waterfall (all credits to Pradeep for taking us here, we would have never discovered it on our own). To end the trip we went to Mirissa where we visited coconut tree hill, went to an open zoo where we saw wildlife centimeters away from us and participated in snorkeling and ended our trip enjoying the vibrant night life of Mirissa. If you plan to go from city to city I highly recommend a vehicle instead of taxis as they will drain your pockets dry.…

A smooth experience of Sri Lanka – would love to do it again

This was our first time booking a ride for the whole trip and after Joy Travel’s services I don’t know if I can go back! From helping us finalize our itinerary for the best route to helping us enjoy that route – Nadeer, our guide and driver (and now friend) was the best company. He helped us pick the best restaurants to eat, found us cheap exchange rates, bartered good prices for authentic activities around Sri Lanka, and also took candid pictures of all of the above. Best guide and best experience!

We traveled to Sri Lanka on April 2025. We were welcomed at the airport by Pradeep, who was waiting for us with two lovely sea-shell necklaces. During 6 days, he took us on a mini-tour of Sri Lanka that we will never forget. He helped us organize our itinerary and made great recommendations, including both the major touristic points, as well as the not-so-well-known treasures. Pradeep was great company too: good conversations and always ready to share insights about his country's culture, geography and even history. And of course, needless to say, he's a great driver! We look forward to coming back soon!

We had an unforgettable five-day journey through Sri Lanka with Pradeep as our driver and tour guide. Our itinerary took us from Mirissa to Yala National Park, where we had an amazing safari and spotted incredible wildlife. From there, we traveled to Ella, enjoying breathtaking views and scenic train rides, then on to Kandy, where we explored its rich cultural heritage. Our trip ended in Colombo, where Pradeep graciously invited us to his home for a delicious home-cooked dinner with his family—an experience we will cherish forever. The Pradeep Joy and Happiness Tour to Galle and back again.

What a wonderful day we had with Pradeep travelling to Galle from Colombo and back. Everywhere he took us was uplifting and delightful. From the turtle rescue sanctuary on to the Ayurvedic medicine school. Then a boat cruise up the Madu river with beautiful water and a gentle cooling breeze to the Buddhist temple and to learn how cinnamon was made from a 75 year old master cinnamon farmer. We arrived in Galle and the contrast could not be more. Beautiful boutiques, stalks and restaurants and wine bars. I scream from the Kool shop and on the way home everyone fell asleep happy. I can’t thank you enough Pradeep. You were so easy going and flexible whilst knowing exactly where to go. It is up there amongst the best if best days. 🙏🏽 See all 9 photos
